Step up to the power of Full HD on a 37-inch LCD screen, with Samsung¿s LN37B550. The amazing 1080p resolution, the highest available, with Wide Color Enhancer renders the most crisp vivid tones, in every frame for the most realistic picture quality. Black tones and shadows are strikingly superb, thanks to the 70,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The attractive Touch of Color design, a red accent at the bezel¿s edge, lights up any room. A fast 6ms response time offers smooth, clear action. Watch or listen to files from your favorite media player, using the USB 2.0 input. Connecting your DVD, cable or satellite HD box, or Blu-ray Disc player is a snap, with four HDMI inputs. And thanks to SRS TruSurround HD technology, all the HD excitement sounds as incredible as it looks.
Customer Review: Second Samsung TV
This is the second Samsung 1080p LCD I have ordered this year. The first was the 52" 1080p 120 hz. I have read that I would not notice the difference between the 1080p over the 720 in a 37 inch TV. I do notice the difference. Both TVs have met all my expectations and more. Both delivery companies performed equally well. These are good TVs.
Customer Review: THE HDTV to buy
I did HDTV research for more than 1 yr before I settled for this beautiful quality Samsung LN37B550. Absolutely worth every penny. This TV has the best picture quality stand-alone when compared with other sets. Now you can tell me all about contrast ratios, or viewing modes, or viewing distances, this and that, whatever and whatever, okay. To me, my eyes and ears don't lie. All the TV broadcast programs look absolutely stunning, and my place sounds already like a home theater before any stereo system set up is made. I also hooked up my Core 2 Duo (3 GHz) Dell using this Samsung as my primary monitor. The picture is outstanding. I 100% recommend this set. I was debating between a Sony, Sharp (there were a couple VERY good deals at both Costco and Bestbuy 1080p 40" for $700 or something), Panasonic, Toshiba, and Samsung, now yes perhaps you will spend like $50 or more on a Samsung, but TV quality, both inner and outer beauty, just cannot be beat.
